    摘  要：铜是动物肌体的必需微量元素之一，同时也是一个转变型金属离子，能在Cu(Ⅱ)和Cu(Ⅰ)之间相互变换，是体内许多酶的辅助因子，在细胞的新陈代谢中扮演十分重要的角色，呼吸、抗氧化、多肽荷尔蒙的产生、色素沉着、神经递质的合成、血凝、离子转送和血管发生都是铜元素所拥有的作用。除此之外，它的重要功能是能够提高动物机体的免疫水平，所以，结合近年来的最新研究成果作一总结，以飨读者。

    Effect of Trace Element Copper on Animal Immune Function

    Abstract:Copper is an essential trace element in animal body,meanwhile it is a transition metallic ion that,by virtue of its intrinsic capability to cycle between oxidized Cu(II) and reduced Cu(I) forms,acts as a cofactor in many enzymes playing key roles in cell metabolism.Respiration,oxidation resistance,peptide hormone production,pigmentation,neurotransmitter synthesis,blood clotting,ion transference,and angiogenesis are all functions sustained by copper ions.Besides,the most important of its function is that copper can enhance the immune level of animal body and more and more researches having been carried out on this special function,so according to the latest research achievement,we summary this review,hoping that it can be some helpful to readers.
